There were 3 children by James Monroe Luter's second marriage to Sarah Ann Johnson Duncan, widow of Isaac Duncan. 1. Ella Luter, B Sept. 11, 1884 and maaried Mar. 12, 1901 to Seaborn N. Bracey. They had 3 daugheters and one son. 1A. Irma Bracey Born Oct. 20, 1903, married Floyd Madison Brumfield (1921?) and had 3 children. 1Ai. Olean Brumfield Born Mar. 9, 1922; married Patsy May and had 2 children. 1Aia.
