Marvin Wayne Fuller, 86, of Rosevine, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in Sabine County Hospital.
He was born in Rosevine on September 21, 1935 to Joseph Spurgen Fuller and Ruth Beatrice Rainer. He was a lifetime resident of Sabine County and a member of Rosevine Church of God.
Wayne served as a member of the United States Air Force. After the USAF, he began working for Temple Lumber Company in Pineland, where he worked many years as a Supervisor. He was a member of Forest Lake Hunting Club where he loved to go to deer hunt. He was also all about his kids and grandkids, spending all the time he could with them.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Freddie Griffin Fuller of Rosevine; sons, Ronny Fuller and wife, Vicci, of Rosevine, Randy Fuller and wife, Dana, also of Rosevine, Rusty Fuller and wife, Angie, of Lufkin and Ryan Fuller and wife, Mindy, of Joaquin; daughters, Patti Fuller Hand and husband, Jerry, of Woden and Pete Fuller Babcock and husband, Deryl, of Rosevine; grandchildren, Tammy Hand, Jenny Hand Brown, Dustin Fuller, Billy Dickerson, Lauren Toups, Aaron Toups, Samantha Fuller McElroy, Demi Fuller, Chase Fuller, Seeley Babcock, Drew Fuller and Kate Fuller; and great grandchildren Sarah Brown, Dean Brown, Kaden Hand, Kase Hand, Nick Fuller, Peyton Fuller, Ascher Carhart, Addison Decuir, Aidan Decuir, Skylar Toups, Creed McElroy and Carter McElroy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Fuller; mother, Ruth Cartwright; sister, Ramona Findeisen; brothers, Tommy Fuller and Keith Fuller; and granddaughter, Danielle Olivier.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 4, 2022 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas.
Funeral services will follow visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. in Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.
Burial will follow services in Rosevine Cemetery with his grandsons Dustin Fuller, Billy Dickerson, Aaron Toups, Chase Fuller, Drew Fuller and Ryon Collier and great grandsons, Dean Brown, Kaden Hand, Kase Hand, Nick Fuller, Ascher Carhart, Skylar Toups, Aidan Decuir and Creed McElroy serving as pallbearers.

Golden Anniversary
The children of Wayne and Freddie Fuller would like to annouce the 5oth wedding anniversary of their parents. They were married Aug. 21, 1954 in San Antonio. Children included Patti and Jerri HAND of Nacogdoches, Ronny and Vicci Fuller of Rosevine, Randy Fuller of Hemphill, Rusty and Angela Fuller of Lufkin, Pete and David ROUSSE of Rosevine, and Ryan and Mindy Fuller of New Caney. They have seven grandchildren: Tammy HAND, Jenny HAND, Dustin Fuller, Samantha Fuller, Demi Fuller, Chase Fuller, Drew Fuller and Chris PATE, and one great-grandson, Nicholas Fuller. They plan to celebrate the event by taking a trip to Galveston for the weekend.
