  Notes	SABINE COUNTY REPORTER January 14, 2004 Claudine Vilches Claudine Strickland Hamilton Vilches, 66, of Atascocita died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004. She was born Jan. 6, 1927 in Pineland as a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Van Dee Strickland and had formerly lived in the Beaumont area for several years. Survivors: her husband, Henry VILCHES of Atascocita, sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Paula Hamilton of Atascocita and John and Debbie Hamilton of Spring; granddaughter Suzanne Hamilton, a grandson, Keith Welshimer; sister, Mildred Amason of Jasper; and two brothers, Robert Strickland of Pineland and Darwin Strickland of Greenbrier, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by a husband, Robert Hamilton. Private services were conducted. Rosewood Funeral Home, Humble, directors. (Transcribed by Melinda McLemore Strong)
