  Notes	Reba Arnold Foster Reba Arnold Foster , 66, of Hemphill died Tuesday, June 20, at her residence on Arnold Street. Born Nov. 16, 1928, in Hemphill as a daughter of the late Myrtle Exa (Bennett) and Carroll Lee Arnold, she was a lifelong resident of Sabine County and a member of Hemphill's First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Foster retired in 1983 as a home ecomomics instructor at Hemphill High School. Survivors: husband, Carl E. Foster of Hemphill; two daughters, Renae' Yeary of Jasper and Kimberly McGee of Hemphill; a son, Kenon Carl Foster of Hemphill; two sisters, Myrline Thomas of Humble and Mattie Paul Green of Richardson; and four grandchildren, Casey Yeary, Cane Yeary, Torry McGee, and Kaleb McGee. She was preceded in death by a son, Greg Foster. Funeral services were held 4 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Wendell Ferguson and Bro. John C.
