Jiggs was a United States Navy veteran having survived Pearl Harbor in World War II. He retired as an operator in the petrochemical industry. Survivors include his daughters, Jerri Frazier and her husband, Gary of Silsbee and Jodie Shirley and her husband, Tom, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Kate Shirley, Brooke Fergon, Matt Keneson, Matt Frazier, Amanda Hatton; great-grandchildren, Nick Fergon, Shelby Frazier, Charlie Frazier, Haylee Frazier, Rueben Hatton, and Hannah Hatton. A gathering of Mr. Ener's family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
