    • Sue Nell Hogan, 75, of Nacogdoches, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.

      Sue Nell was born on October 27, 1945 in Hemphill, Texas to Claude Jones and Ruth Louise Kilcrease. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved playing bingo, card games, and watching her game shows.

      She is survived by her sons, Randy Wayne Hogan and wife, Dawn of Nacogdoches, Texas; daughter, Delisa Johnson and husband, Steve of Nacogdoches, Texas; brothers, Joey Jones and wife, Karen of Sacramento, California, James Jones of Conroe, Texas, and Jesse Jones and wife, Sue of Sacramento, California; grandchildren, Kelly, Justin, Joseph, Destiny, Josh, Matthew and Angel and seven great grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ruth Jones; son, Billy Michael Hogan; brothers, Ladon Jones and Thomas Jones; and sister, Willie Ruth Stanley.

      A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Starr Funeral Home.

      Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.

      Burial will follow services in Lows Chapel Cemetery in Hemphill under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Justin Johnson, Josh Johnson, Matthew Hogan, Joseph Hogan, David Holifield and Cole Mueller serving as pallbearers.
