She was a lifetime resident of the area and a member of East Mayfield Baptist Church. Evelyn is survived by her two sons, Glenn McDaniel and wife Lisa of Hemphill and Larry McDaniel of Hemphill; her daughter Linda McSwain of Hemphill; her sister Ethel Jordan of Magnolia Texas; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Sunday, February 12, at Starr Funeral Home. Funerals Services will be 11:00 am, Monday, February 13, at Starr Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services to follow at Oakhill Cemetery.
