  Notes	Info below copied from his FindAGrave memorial page: ROMA, THOMAS E. SR., 71 of Louisville, entered his eternal home on Saturday, April 15, 2006. He was born September 21, 1934, in Portland, Maine. He retired from the United States Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 1974, after 23 years of service. He then taught at Jefferson State Technical School for almost 20 years and attended and graduated from the University of Louisville. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Irene Marie (Smith) Roma, of Louisville; by his two sisters, and his brother. He is also survived by his five children, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A memorial mass will be held for him at 7 p.m., on Monday, April 24, 2006 at St. Clement Catholic Church at 5435 Johnsontown Road, Valley Station, Kentucky, with a celebration of his life following the mass in the church's cafeteria. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Louisville or to St. Clement Catholic Church.
