In 1930, Solomon and his wife Sarah were living on Pulaski street in Baltimore with three daughters, Rivie, Mollie and Doris, and his brother-in-law, Isidore Levine, age 21. Solomon was listed as a partner in a Coat Factory, and Isidore (Isreal?) as a shipping clerk at the same factory. Isidore's place of birth was West Virginia, with both parents born in Austria. On the 1940 census, he and his wife Sarah were living with their three childen, Rone (sic), Mollie and Doris on West Baltimore Street in the city. He was shown as the owner of a liquor store.
