  Notes	Obituary Gladys Berryman Gladys Byerly Berryman, 84, of Pineland died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center of East Texas in Lufkin. Born Aug. 14, 1911, in Jasper County as a daughter of the late JIm and Roxie (Jolly) Byerly, Mrs. Berryman had lived in Pineland 58 years. She was a homemaker. Survivors: daughters, Kay Berryman of Houston, Mary Ellen Cammack of Pineland, Rita Randle of Red Bluff, California, and Betty Coleman of Houston; sons, Don Kenneth Berryman of Pineland and Grover Clinton Berryman of Washington; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Cleveland Berryman on May 21, 1991. Funeral services were held Thursday at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bill Jeter officiating. Interment was a Yellowpine Cemetery in Yellowpine.
