      Son of Artentius Whitney Roberson and Mary Frances Clem-Roberson.

      Charlie's first marriage on 16 Jan 1906 was to Lela Reid in Giles County TN. She was the daughter of Albert Macklin Reid and Mary Virginia Christopher.

      Their children: Alvin; Cleffa Belle Robinson-McLemore; Elizabeth Robinson-McLemore; and Bruce Reid Robinson.

      (Note that three youngest changed the spelling of their surname to "Robinson").

      Charlie's second marriage was to Clara Brown about 1925.
