Burial at Zion Hill Baptist Cemetery. Brother Jeff Tidwell and Rev. Keith Dowden officiated. Mr. McDaniel died after an extended illness in Lake Charles LA on Sunday, Aug. 15, 1982 @ 4:15 am. Survivors: widow, Mrs. Margie McDaniel of Lake Charles; daughters, Mrs. Catherine Fontenot and Mrs. Sue Lynn Huber, both of Lake Charles; three brothers, Elton McDaniel and Robert Lee McDaniel, both of Many; and James T McDaniel of Leesville; ten grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
