Fowler, Jr. and his wife Rhonda of Rosevine; her brother Billie Miller and his wife Bevelyn of Dallas; her two sisters, Dodie Roberts of Pineland and Darlene Nabours and her husband Keith of Hemphill; her step brother Chuck Strickland and his wife Patsy of Houston; her granddaughter Amber Ponder and her grandson Kenneth Fowler III and his wife Ashley; and her five grandchildren, Kane Smith, Carmen Smith, Justis Fowler, Brayden Fowler and Carson Wilson. Joy was preceded in death by her husband Ken Fowler. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday evening, December 17, 2012, in the Starr Funeral Home.
