    • John W. Clark notes that Hulon Rayford graduated from Stephen F. Austin State College in Nacogdoches, Tex in 1951. He was employed by Gulf Oil corp. in Sept. 1956 as a technician in the control laboratory. In 1970 he was promoted to Supervisor of the lab in the Orange, Texas plant. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church and held offices of deacon, Sunday School teacher and trustee.
