    • At the time he registered for the draft for World War I, he was living at 314 Van Buren, Jackson, Michigan, and a Machinist for Morris Maching Tools in Jackson. He indicated he was married, of medium build, medium heighth, and with blue eyes and brown hair. His registration was completed on June 5, 1917. It appears that he divorced prior to the 1920 census.

      According to Jay Ingalls, he was married and had five children.
