Noble E. Hargrove, 91, passed away Monday January 23, 2012 in Tyler.
He was born to John Franklin and Lena (Warner) Hargrove in Rosevine, Texas on June 12, 1920.
Hargrove graduated from Rosevine School in 1936 and then went into the Army. During WWll he was in the Army-AirCorp and flew planes in Africa, Italy and Russia. He was a Flight Chief. After serving his time he came back to the States and went to work as a stillman for Gulf Oil. After retiring he came home and became a Farmer and Rancher. He was of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by son Bill Hargrove and wife Barbara of Abita Springs, La.; daughter Linda Hargrove Hill and her husband Tony of Whitehouse; Grandson Perry William Hill of Whitehouse; brother Vance Hargrove of Sabine County; numerous cousins and friends.
Funeral Services were held Thursday, Jan. 26, in Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating and interment followed in the Rosevine Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine.
