[He married] Willie Odom Travis. She had relatives in Waynesboro, Wayne County, Mississippi. [His] siblings were Archie M. Travis, Jr., Annette (Nettie) Travis Perkins, and Karlean Travis McClelland; Karlean lived in Baytown, Texas. [William's father Archie] had a brother, Louis Travis, who lived in Lubbock, Texas, and had two sisters and one other brother, Ella Travis Davis and Katy Travis (never married) and Grover Travis."
