Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory in Jasper, Texas with interment to follow at the Ebenezer Cemetery. A native of Jasper, Texas he was employed with local 450 as a heavy equipment operator until retirement. Charles was known for his abilities as a fisherman mainly of catfish on trot-lines. Survivors include his wife Evie Roeder of Jasper, Texas. Sons Milton Dewayne Roeder of Sterlington, LA., John Aurthur Roeder of Cleveland, TX. and Robert Zane Roeder of Jasper, TX. a Daughter Helen Laverne Astello of Jasper, TX. and Sisters Helen Marshall of Jasper, TX. , Burnadee Collins of Elkhart, TX. and Dorothy Parker of Jasper, TX. numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
