    • Bridgette Lynn Carlton Theis, 54, of Vidor, died in the University of Arkansas Medical School Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Jasper, Texas, to Robert Billy and Bobbie Lou Cartwright Carlton.

      Bridgette is survived by her husband Mike Theis of Vidor, her sons; Norman Reeves, Jr. of Houston, Robert K. Reeves of Splendora, her step-son Justin Theis of Katy, her daughter Bobbie Lynn Moody of Splendora, her step-daughters; Amber Theis of Chestnut Spring, Ashley Theis of Vidor, Jennifer Stone of Humble, her grandchildren; Landyn and Austin Reeves, Joseph King, Tenlynn Moody, Shaynah Pickering, Jada Geerrero, Skylar Theis and Augustus Jay Yancy. She is also survived by her brother Robert C. Carlton of Vidor, her sisters; Becky Horn of Hemphill, Bonnie King of Corpus Christi, Belinda Sanders of Warren, Beverly Schultz of The Woodlands, and her aunt Verlene Cartwright. Bridgette was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Jonathan Corona.

      Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 9:00PM, Tuesday, October 22, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rosevine Cemetery, Rosevine, Texas.
