Born May 3, 1933, in San Augustine County, she was the daughter of Ben and Alice Richardson Evans. She was a homemaker. She was married to Johnnie Boyett, and he preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Johnnie Joe Boyett of Gladewater and Jackie Boyett of Joaquin; daughter, Mary Boyett Stanley of Joaquin; sister, Verline Stanley of Joaquin; brothers, L.B.
