  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter July 13, 2011, Page 12 Gay Nell Cammack Van Valkenburg Gay Nell Cammack Van Valkenburg of Livingston, TX was born March 9, 1939 to Herman and Emma McLemore Cammack near Hemphill, TX. She passed away July 3, 2011 at Paramount Health Care in Pasadena. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Gerald "Jerry" Van Valkenburg, and daughter Teresa Chimene. She is survived by her beloved son Bruce Van Valkenburge and wife Melissa of Houston; grandchildren Sara Van Valkenburg, Brian Van Valkenburg, Casey Copeland, and Cory Copeland. She is also survived by her brother Max Cammack and wife Bobbie of Pasadena, and sister Charlcye Barrett and husband Billy of Pasadena; brother ? in-laws Jimmy Van Valkenburg and wife Pat, and Ronnie Van Valkenburg; niece Retta Cammack Cook, and two nephews Doug Barrett and Don Barrett. Funeral services were held Wednesday July 6, at Pasadena Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in Woodlawn cemetery in Houston, TX.
