    • When he registered for the draft during the first World War, he was listed as a traveling salesman for Bristol-Myers, and was a resident of Dallad, Texas. He was described as Tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and brown hair. When he died in 1946, his death certificate showed him as the Branch Manager for Bristol-Myers in Dallas. His residence address was 4668 Livingston, Highland Park.
