    • His death certificate, issued by the State of Missouri, showed that he was a farmer and had lived in Dade County, Missouri his entire life. The informant was his wife, Katie Duffy McLemore of South Greenfield in Dade County. His cause of death was apparently unknown, though it was reported that he had a history of heart trouble, and that there was no evidence of foul play.
