    • His Texas Death certificate listed him as a son of Joe Gray and Hattie Ellison, and that he worked as a clerk at a lumber mill. The certificate further listed his cause of death as by Gun Shot Wounds in Stomach, with an inquest to be held at the Silsbee Doctors Hospital, where he was dead on arrival.
