      Iva Belle Smith Enos, age 99, of Crockett, passed away Friday, May 13, 2011 in the Houston County Nursing Home. Mrs. Enos was born September 10, 1911 to Eugene Burton and Prince Anna Dorsey Smith, one of nine children and had lived in Houston County since 1946. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church in Crockett.

      Survivors include Daughters: Lyz Leva, Pat Crisp and husband, Don, Sue Enos Edmiston and husband, Howard; Sons: James H. Enos and wife, Louise, Curtis R. Enos Jr. and wife, Glenna; Fifteen Grandchildren: Ron, Mike, Jenice, Gary, Chuck, Allison, Kelly, Parker, Lorin, Julie, Lisa, Patrick, Mike, Jennifer and Christopher; Eighteen Great-Grandchildren; Five Great-Great-Grandchildren; brother: Hugh Love Smith and wife, Era Mae; sister-in-law, Annie Lee Enos; Extended family, Shelor Edmiston ; Special Caregivers, Lenora Adams and Lynda Warfield; Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

      Preceded in death by husband of 41 years of marriage, Curtis R. Enos, Sr. In 1987; daughter, Juanice Nolan and son-in-law, Sam Nolan; brothers, Elzie, Dorsey, Terrell, Earl, Clyde and sisters, Louise and Elaine.

      Funeral services for Mrs. Iva Belle Smith Enos will be held Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Reggie Gregory and Rev. Tom Spath officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Saturday evening 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

      In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Library Fund or Monroe Crook House
