    • Billy Neal Fussell, 72, passed away Thursday morning. Billy was born in San Augustine County, to Pearl and Bessie Click Fussell. Billy was in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War he was a Seabee. He worked in maintenance at Eastman Chemical Service. He was a member of the Sexton Masonic Lodge # 251. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather.

      He is survived by his wife Hazel Fussell of Milam, his sons: Billy Neal Fussell II of Longview, and Wesley Fussell stationed in Germany, his sister Doris Marie Carter and husband Bill of Carthage, his niece Katherine Ripper, and his 5 grandchildren: Trey, Courtney, Addison, Elise, and Zoe. He is preceded in death by his brother W.L. Fussell.

      Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM, Monday, November 16, 2015, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St. Hemphill, Texas. Funeral service will be at 2:00PM, Tuesday, November 17, 2015, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Springs Cemetery.
