- Kay Parker McCary shows her as the daughter of William Henry BOYD and Sarah Elizabeth McGOWN. Evon Tisdale also noted her maiden name as BOYD. The Texax Birth Index information for her son, Paul Boyd McLemore, shows his mother as Mary Frances CONN, however. Perhaps she was first married to a CONN? Or maybe the Birth Index information is simply an error.
