  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter June 22, 2011, Page 16 Joseph Jack, 47, died Friday morning in his home at Strickland Crossing, Pineland, TX after an illness. Joseph was born in Hemphill to L.E. and Mary Underdunk Jacks and has lived in Sabine County all his life working in the logging woods of East Texas as a logger. He is survived by his wife Christine Jacks of Pineland, his son Joshua Jacks and fiance' Morgan Tarpley of Pineland, his daughter Myranda Jacks of Pineland, four brothers; Pat Jacks and his wife Sharon of Bronson, Peanut Jacks and his wife Debbie of Pineland, David Jacks of DeRidder, LA, and Stanley Jacks and his wife Pam of Pineland. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Hunter Jacks, Brycen Jacks, Ryan Estes and Macee Estes. Also his life long friend and mentor Delwin and Judy Burgess who were like second parents to him. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services were held Monday, June 2o in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Plainview Cemetery near Pineland.
