  Notes	Floy A. McLemore Floy A. McLemore, age 88, of Georgetown, passed away Monday, September 24, 2001. She was born August 18, 1913, to parents Martin Henry Roe and Mary Elizabeth Hurst in Comanche, Texas. Mrs. McLemore married Felix Durward (Boots) McLemore on July 15, 1932, in Altus, Oklahoma. In her earlier years, she worked for Allen Post and JC Penney Department stores. From 1942 to 1944, she and her husband owned and operated McLemore Grocery on 19th Street in Austin. Then she went to work for the Texas Highway Department where she retired in 1970 after many years of service. She was an active member of the Crestview Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her husband , Felix Durward (Boots) McLemore; son Linford McLemore; and a great-granddaughter, Abbey McLemore. She is survived by three sons, Felix McLemore Jr. and his wife, Mildred of Houston, Ted McLemore and his wife, Donna of Hutto, Charles McLemore and his wife, Vangie of Austin; three brothers, Elzo Roe of Seymour, Texas, Gerald Roe of Portland, Oregon, Wayne Roe of Kerrville, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, September 26, 2001, in the chapel of Cook Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown with Reverend Dan Woodridge, Pastor of the Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown, officiating. Interment was at Cook-Walden Captial Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville. Her grandsons served as pallbearers. In place of usual remembrances, the family suggests memorial contributions to Crestview Baptist Church, 2300 Williams Drive, Georgetown 78628.
