      Jack Clayton Kelley, Sr.

      Jack Clayton Kelley Sr., 57, of Silsbee died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, in Missouri City, Texas.

      Born March 13, 1942, in Kirbyville as a son of the late Joe C. Kelley and Syble Robbins Kelley, he was a former resident of Jennings, Louisiana, and had lived in Silsbee for 20 years. Kelley, a disabled veteran, served in Panama with the U.S. Army and was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

      Survivors: wife, Lena Mae Hills Kelley of Silsbee; step-mother, Lucy Kelley of Hemphill; a son, Jack Clayton Kelley Jr. and wife Cindy of Warren; sisters, Katy Wood, Grace Fowler, and Frances Jones, all of Pineland, and Mry Beth LaBouve of Jennings; and two granchildren, Colt Kelley and Amber Kelley.

      Funeral services were held Oct. 18 at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc., Hemphill, Bro. Glenn Morton, pastor of Pine Park United Pentecostal Church officiating. Interment was at Bronson Cemetery, Bronson.
