  Notes	San Augustine Tribune Thursday, February 16, 2006 Bessie Lou Coussons Neal Funeral services for Bessie Lou Coussons Neal, 75, of San Augustine were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at First Baptist Church in San Augustine. Burial followed in the Chumley Cemetery in San Augustine County. Bro. Mike BELGRAD and Bro. Buddy PRATT officiated. She was a retired school teacher and a member of White Rock Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Josette Neal NEWBERRY of Austin, Sue Neal BENTON and husband, Kevin, of Nacogdoches, and Carol Neal CARTWRIGHT of San Augustine, son Pete GARRETT; sister, Peggy DUKE of Hemphill, brother, Sammy COUSSONS and wife, Louise, of Nacogdoches; sisters-in-law, Lorraine COUSSONS of Nacogdoches and Freddie COUSSONS of Houston; and seven grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the White Rock Baptist Church or the Bessie Neal Scholarship Fund at Texas Bank and Trust, P.O. Box 639, San Augustine, Texas 75972. Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine was in charge of arrangements. A nearly identical obituary was published in the February 15, 2006 Sabine County Reporter.
