      Foy E. Wagstaff, 83, died Saturday, November 22, 1997, at Briarcliff Health Care Center in Tyler.

      Wagstaff, a former resident of Beaumont, was retired from Texas Rehabilitation Commission as a counselor.

      Survivors: son Mark Wagstaff of Van; brother Travis Wagstaff of Madisonville, Floyd Wagstaff of Tyler, and Robert H. Wagstaff of Bronson; sisters, Bonnie Myers of Lindale and Onita Hanna of Jacksonville; and two grandchildren.

      Funeral services were held November 24 at Isable Chapel. Interment followed at Isable Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Crawford A. Crim Funeral Home in Henderson.
