Sabine County Reporter August 4, 2004 Estereene Morgan Estereene Morgan, 84, of Vidor died Friday, July 16, 2004. Mrs. Morgan, a native and former resident of the Brookeland/Browndell area, was a member of the Victory Baptist Church. Survivors: sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin H. and Dorothy Morgan of Seguin, Raymond C. and Yolanda Morgan of Call, Billy R. Morgan of Newton, Alton W. and Rosetta Morgan of Orangefield, and Melvin E. and Lauren Morgan of Brewerton, New York; sisters, Vera Lee Collett and Wanda Fay McClelland, both of Vidor; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Morgan, and a granddaughter, Desiree Ann Morgan; three brothers; and a sister. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Victory Baptist Church in Vidor. Interment followed at 12:30 p.m. at Bean Cemetery in Kirbyville. Vidor Memorial Funeral Home, directors. Ann Elizabeth Ross Lott, 82, of Kirbyville died at 12 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital after an illness. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Causey's E.E. Stringer Funeral Home with burial in Bean Cemetery. A native of Newton County, she had lived in Kirbyville most of her life. Survivors include four daughters, Esthereene Morgan of Orange, Marjorie Green and Wanda McClelland, both of Vidor, and Vera West of Kirbyville; three sons, R.C. Lott of Vidor and Nathan Lott and Buddy Lott, both of Kirbyville; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
