Notes |
- Shown on the THACKER FAMILY TREE on Ancestry.com as born ca 1847 in Sabine County and as dying on 26 Oct 1868 in Sabine County. John W. Clark, the author, shows the same dates. It would appear that Irene in childbirth, her youngest son James Felix Clark being born that same day.
At the time of the 1910 census, Elias's second wife, Mary Josephine Wallace, was shown as being the mother of 11 children, 10 still living. It therefore appears that Irene would have been the mother of the three children living with Elias and Mary Josephine at the time of the 1870 census.
