  Notes	His birth information, as shown in the scan of BIRTHS recorded in the Fullen bible, was as follows: Troy 1929 Don and Amy Fullen had a copy of his "Delayed Birth Registration" on their website. On this delayed birth registration, filed by affidavit by his sister Elsie Pearl Millsap, Troy's location of birth was given as Como, Hopkins County, Texas. His headstone, pictured in Ameth's book, simply reads Troy Lee Fullen 1929-1968. Tiffany Layman writes on website that: "Troy died January 20, 1968 six months after a tragic car accident that occurred on his way home from Colorado to visit his sick wife Virginia in the hospital. He is buried in Restland Memorial, Mesquite Texas next to his wife, and not far from his wife's mother Frances Bradley Bending and her second husband Joe Carruthers." He was in the Villa Marie Nursing Home, presumably being cared for after the car accident that left him in a coma. The informant on the certificate was his wife, Mrs. Virginia Fullen.

  	Marriage Information, as shown in the scan of the UNIONS page of the Fullen Family Bible, was shown as follows: James & Julia 1910 Tiffany Layman has more precise information regarding this marriage. She writes that their marriage record was filed on 7 Sept 1907 in Ashdown, Little River County, Arkansas, and that J.M FULLEN married Julia Bay Cooper on 5 Sept 1907. Ameth Carmicheal also shows them as the parents of an Otis Fullen, born circa 1911. Tiffany Layman, however, disagrees, writing on March 20, 2006 "I have found no proof of this, I believe he is J.M.'s nephew. He is listed in the bible but not in any census records. Nor do any other Fullens I have talked to know of his relationship to the Fullen family."
