LOCAL WOMAN's FUNERAL HELD
Funeral services for Mrs. Mellie Mary McLemore of Hemphill were held Thursday in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel in Hemphill.
The Rev. Jim Turner, pastor of Hemphill First Baptist Church officiated. Burial will be in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Sabine County.
Pallbearers included nephews Earl McLemore, Donald McLemore, Paul McLemore, Guy Hughes, Max Cammack and Jerry Van Valkenburg.
Mrs. McLemore died Wednesday at the ??? Manor Nursing Home of Hemphill.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. H.B. Cammack of Hemphill and Mrs. Elvie Speights.

He has one daughter by his first wife, who was raised by her maternal grandparents after her mother died. Finn and Ruth went on to have a large family. |
