She wed 4 April 1880 to Noah C. Kuykendall. Three children, one son Elmer Edgar preceded her in death in infancy, her husband died 23 Dec 1917. Leave two daughters Mrs. Nola M. Hale of Carmi, Mrs. Iva M. Nelson of Bone Gap, 6 grandchildren, one brother Jonathan Williams of Burnt Prairie, one sister Mrs. Julia Kuykendall of Crossville. She was a foster mother of Mrs. Maud Chalfant, who made her home with her until grown. Funeral at the home of her daughter. Services at McHenry Church with burial at Kuykendall Cemetery
