  Notes	As of the 1860 census, she was living with her grandparents, J.T. and Levina Montgomery, in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. Elizabeth was said to have hidden under her bed as the Union army ransaked their plantation. A marriage bond was also issued for Elizabeth Montgomery and Jefferson Langham August 12, 1867 in Sabine Parish. It is unclear if this marriage ever took place or even if this is the same Elizabeth Montgomery. (Casagranda, 1850 Census, 82).
