Mrs. Agnes Muckendorfer
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning for Mrs. Agnes Muckendorfer, 83, who died Sunday at an Omaha hospital.
She was born April 3, 1898, at Morse Bluff and had been a lifetime resident of the North Bend area.
She married William Gutch on July 3, 1919, at Waco, Texas. He preceded her in death. On Feb. 21, 1944, she married Joseph H. Muckendorfer at Marysville, Kan. He preceded her in death on Sept. 4, 1968.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ora Mae Allan of North Bend; a brother, Adolph Beznoska of Geronimo, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Millie Arthur of Fremont and Lillie Tomasek of North Bend; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend with Rev. Anderson Kwankin of First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was to be in Woodland Cemetery.
Mrs. Ralph Diffey was organist; vocalist was Dara Pople. Pallbearers included Louis Foltz, L.J. Gaughen, Gerlad Kruger, La Vern Kruger, Ted Mehaffey and Duane Arthur.
Memorials are suggested to the First United Methodist Church.
