In 1844, he came to Indiana, moving upon the site of his present home in 1850. Mr. C. has been twice married; his first wife was Maria Reniker, who survived her marriage about five years. Mr. C. has spent a life of industry and usefulness, and is in possession of a handsome competence in his declining years.
