    • John W. Clark shows that he and Sidney had eight children in total, Elizabeth (b. 1848), John H (b. 1851 Cherokee County, TX), Sarah L. (b. 1853 Cherokee County, TX), Jane (b. 1855 Cherokee County, TX), Harriet (b. 1857 Cherokee County, TX), Mary (b. 1860 Cherokee County, TX), Arizona (b. 1862 Cherokee County, TX), and Caroline (b. 1867 Cherokee County, TX). He further shows that Henry and Susan both died in Grandview, Johnson County, Texas. Barbara Yancey Dore shows that he died in Johnson County, Texas on 15 Aug 1876.

      Not able to locate this family on any census enumerations past 1850, when they were still in Sabine County.

      On page 42 of his book, John writes that Arizona Lee married Jim M. LEE, and they can be found in Cherokee county in 1880.

      On page 44, he provides details about the family makeup of Caroline O Clark and husband William Columbus Temple.
