Miss Parker attended Valdosta State College and was graduated from Ringling Art School in Sarasota, Fla. Lt. McLemore is a graduate of West Point Military Academy and is stationed with the Air Force in Panama City, Fla. The wedding will take place July 21, at the First Baptist Church.
