  Married: ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENT: Atkinsons plan 50th Anniversary Mr. & Mrs. W. A. Atkinson of Jean, TX., will be honored on the occasion of their golden wedding anniversary at a reception given from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. Sunday, April 20, at First National Bank Community Room in Graham. Miss Odessa Wright and W. A. (Shorty) Atkinson were united in marriage on April 16, 1925 at the home of Rev. N. Z. Abbott at Throckmorton. The Atkinsons lived most of their life at Woodson. In 1952 they moved near Jean and in 1968 moved to Jean. Hosting the affair will be their children, daughter-in-law and son-in-law and their 23 grandchildren. Children are Mr. & Mrs. James Keaton Atkinson of Merkel, Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth Atkinson of Monahans, Mr. & Mrs. Gene Atkinson of Snyder, Frank Allen Atkinson of New Mexico and Mrs. L. B.
