Paul Williams provided a copy of her actual death certificate from the State of Missouri. Jennie Hurd McLemore was shown as being Female, White, Widowed, born Dec. 29, 1869 in Columbia, Missouri, and dying at the age of 75 years, 10 months, and 2 days. Her occupation was listed as "at home." Her father was listed as Daniel Alexander Bradford, born in Columbia, Missouri, and her mother as Harriet M. Lyman. The informant was Mrs. Mary M. Keegan of 4226 Forest----presumably a relatived as this was also listed as her home address in Kansas City. The date of death was November 1, 1945, and she was buried the following day at Forest Hill Cemetery. The cause of death was coronary scelrosis due to arterio sclerosis.
