They also indicated they had been married approximately one year, sometime ca 1929 versus the 1926 wedding date Keith McGuire has in his records of 13 May 1926 in Douglas, Converse County, Wyoming.

In 1940, they had moved to Superior, Kansas and were living with Elsie's elderly parents.
