His tombstone is marked with an Eastern Star emblem. She appears to be a daughter of Tom L and Willie A ARRANT, who lived with their large family in Nacogdoches as of the 1920 and 1930 census. Tom was listed as a farmer in 1920, and a mechanic/garage in 1930. Ameila E. Arrant was the eldest child present in the home at the time of both enumerations, born ca 1914. Other siblings listed were Opal, Lewis, Margie Verline, Eunice F., Ruby L, Hiram and Jane.
