The book "Meriwether County, Georgia Cemeteries" compiled and photographed by Priscilla Turner, pg. 42 has the following Fuller graves listed: Fuller, James A. d 26 Oct 1853; Fuller, Seborn T. d 8 Oct 1853 Aged 17 yrs; Fuller, Margaret J. d 8 May 1845 Aged 6 yrs old; One unmarked child; One unmarked granite marker. Located in the Second District on LL 224 on Moreland-Gill Road in a pasture across the road from Lois Argroves home. The cemetery is grown up in briars, but the wrought-iron fence is still intact with gate. Read by Robbie Strickland, Audrey Strickland, and Priscilla Turner.

Linda Fuller of Cleveland, Texas shared the following email that she received from John Beattie Fuller with me:

"I understand your interest in connecting James Anderson FULLER directly to the Ezekiel FULLER, Isle of Wight Co VA, family line. I have not been able to yet establish his father's identity. From the data that we do have we can make some guesses about John Anderson. We do know that he married Fanny BAILEY on 28 Dec 1818 in Warren Co GA. In that Warren county lies in the eastern part of GA and very near Columbia, Richmond, and Wilkes Cos. we do know the FULLER families that first settled in these GA Cos. There is not only one New England FULLER family. One of whom was John Fuller, son of Ezekiel, as well as John FULLER, Jr. Grandson of Ezekiel, along with a couple of other sons of John Sr. One proven and one not proven. So we can say that probably James Anderson was either from the New England line of Elijah or VA line of Ezekiel with some degree of probability.

In that most of the FULLER's identified in Meriwether Co GA were from Ezekiel's line by 1850 while Elijah's line went to Greene Co GA and then on to Perry Co AL. one could assume that James Anderson must have been of Ezekiel's line for that apparently is where he died in 1853. I would guess the reason for the Warren Co GA marriage is based upon Fanny BAILEY's home of residence at the time and that James Anderson resided in one of the adjoining GA counties.

Something else that is quite interesting to note within James Anderson's family line. That is, a son named William Alexander FULLER. Not an altogether odd given name, but this is exactly the same given name that appears in John FULLER, son of Ezekiel, family line. Oh by he way, in the event that you do not already know, Ezekiel's son, John srved during the Amer Rev while he was over 60 years of age and his on, John Jr. also served in the Amer Rev. John Sr. lived to be 106 and his son Jr. over 98 years old.

Overlooking John Fuller Sr. for the moment, let's look at John Jr's Sheet. I see he has a son James born about 1795 in Columbia ? GA who married a Nancy BAILEY in GA about 1820. These dates, I must add, are based upon each's possible age and it is for that reason we have the "ca" noted. The seventh child of this family is a William Alexander FULLER b. 17 Feb 1810 Columbia Co GA, who would be a younger brother to James.

Now looking at James Anderson FULLER's FGS I have him born in 1790 (data from census no doubt) in Warren Co ? GA (because of marriage data no doubt). His marriage to Fanny BAILEY 28 Dec 1818 in Warren Co GA is a matter of record. His second child is a William Alexander Fuller born 1826 Meriwether Co GA. Could he have named his son after his own younger brother? I think so. Within his notes I see that he was living in Dekalb Co GA at the time of his 1827 GA Land Lottery entry. Interestingly, John FULLER Jr. was also within the same area where he remained. Why did James Anderson leave the area where his father's family resided? Because of James' Meriwether Co GA land lottery? It was not soley because he had so many FULLER relatives there later, for some of them had not yet arrived in that GA county from SC."

He goes on to state that although he has no proof, he strongly suspects that James Anderson FULLER's father was John Fuller Jr., grandson of Ezekiel FULLER of Isle of Wight Co. VA.
