William Allen McNaughten, age 73 of Buna, Texas died Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Beaumont Baptist Hospital.

Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna.

Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.

Born in Milam, Texas, he had lived in Buna 44 years.

Survivors include his wife, Fay McNaughten of Buna, his son, Terry McNaughten of Buna, his daughter, Trina Honeycutt of Vidor, Texas, his brother, L.J. McNaughten of Silsbee, Texas, his sisters, Florence Wheeler of Buna and Linda Pearl Ruso of Lumberton, Texas and 3 grandchildren.

William Ross McNaughten, 87, of Kirbyville died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial in Fairmount Cemetery in Yellowpine.

A native of Fairmount, he lived in the Kirbyville-Buna area 34 years and was a retired oil travel operator for Pure Oil Co., now Unocal.

Survivors include sons, L. J. McNaughten Sr. of Silsbee, William McNaughten of Buna and Johnny McNaughten; daughters, Florence Wheeler and Lynda Ruso, both of Buna; a sister Maudie Hammock of Port Neches; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Payne was age 74 at that time, and a livelong resident of Sabine County, living about two miles south of Geneva. He was also a grandson of William Roberts, He showed his youngest sibling, Mollie E. Payne was the wife of J. L. Cordray. She was only married once...(and) has been dead about tens years, She laft the following children.
