    John married Daisy Maureen Lawson in Aug 1926 in Stephenville, Erath County, Texas. Daisy (daughter of Walter H. Lawson and Zella Griggs) was born between 1899 and 1901 in Texas; died on 22 Oct 2001 in Paris, Lamar County, Texas. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Notes:

    She appears to be the daughter of Walter H. and Zella (Griggs) Lawson. However, if this is correct, she was actualy born ca June 1899 instead of in August or September, 1901, as is shown by some.

    She later married a TEMPELTON. Ken Wright notes that she had a sister, Polly, who married Steve CANTRELL, both thought to have died in Orange County, California. They were the parents of Billy CANTRELL of Oregon.
