Thelma Habeck Lancaster was born February 28, 1925 in Rankin, Ok to Lillie Lucreta and Paul August Habeck and passed away June 30, 1992 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Medicial Center at the age of 67 years, 4 months and 2 days.
Thelma always made Roger Mills County her home. She was proud of being a registered nurse and had worked for Dr. Buster and the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital for a number of years. Thelma served her country in the first Army Nurses Cadet Corps during World Warr II.
She married Rollo Repass Lancaster on December 13, 1974 in Hammon, OK and they made their home in Cheyenne. She was a member of Cheyenne First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday July 3, 1992 at the Cheyenne First Baptist Church officiated by paul L. Nachtigail. Interment will be in the White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, OK under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
Survivors include two daughers/sons-in-law, Colleen and Sam Malson of Grand Prairie, TX and Linda and Denis Pilkiton of Gainsville, TX; two sisters, Paluine McNeil of Reydon, OK and Lura Mae Chisum of Claremore, OK; three brothers, Dale of Penryn, CA, Bernie of Myrtle Beach, SC and Earl of Yukon, OK; two grandchildren, Steven Malson of Grand Prairie, TX and Rebecca (Jerry) Krober of Dallas, TX; and two great grandchildren, Samantha and Jared Krober.
